There are 3 rounds. The 1st is meeting two mid-level employees, telling your story, and hearing about the job. The 2nd round is a brief test to make sure you can do basic excel functions. The 3rd is meeting with senior management. Make sure to dress nicely and send a thank-you note each time if you want the job.
