It was a day process, I'd applied for the post of POA, wherein initially they will give you a written aptitude test. I cleared the test and was selected for the PI round. My experience during the interview was neutral.
The interviewer didn't ask anything regarding my projects, rather interested only in asking some logical reasoning questions. My major concern is with the HR that they considered a junior position employee who is just having a year experience to take the interview. I really feel it was not fair enough. After that day there is no communication from the HR regarding the status, I guess they rejected me.
A suggestion to the HR should, kindly select the panel accordingly, don't just ask a year experience employee to take the interview of experienced interviewees of 3/4 years. This is really unfair to the interviewees like us.
