      The interview process was pretty thorough and exhaustive. The bar for performance is high and peer quality ( as assessed by the nature of the interviewers) is very competent. Each round evaluated both the cultural along with skill based fitment for the role. Talent Acquisition team is very very cooperative, super approachable & one of the best I have encountered so far. You feel like you are already a part of the team. They are championing for you to succeed. Interview Process Recruiter Screening Round Culture Fit Round Business Round 1 Case Study ( Go To Market Strategy) Business Round 2 - Case Study Discussion Data Analysis + Data Interpretation Exercises Business Round 3 Business Round 4 Business Round 5 Note: In all business rounds, questions can be based on your present & past work, behavioural / personality aspects, Programmatic space, Case study etc. Tips for Candidates: 1) AdTech is fairly niche, especially the programmatic & contextual advertising space. Researching thoroughly about the company and the industry will go a long way in not just helping you in the interviews but also understanding if the sector is for you 2) Adopt a data driven / analytical in approach in all rounds 3) Take the case study very seriously. It is a great way to showcase your approach to business Pros: High bar of peers, quality & thoroughness of interviews Cons: Process can get a little long drawn Summary - Great experience and a sense of satisfaction once you get the offer after such a thorough process.

      Have been targeted by a Talent Recruiter on LinkedIn. After scheduling a meeting and trying to join, the recruiter didn't join. Send her couple of message afterward and never replied back. Definitely the kind of company that you do not want to work with if the talent recruiter is treating the candidate like trash. That was 1 year ago. Talent recruiter is still in the company ...
