They were desperate because of their huge turnover rate and because they are understaffed , so it was an easy interview, with lots of promises. I also had to pas a test which included some logic questions and some easy media planning questions.

Outside of media tools what else do you do to inform your media plans
I applied via LinkedIn, and was contacted soon after by an internal HR person. Spoke to someone briefly on the phone and then was brought into their office for an in person interview.

Entrevista
Recruiter/HR messaged me via sms to schedule a telephone interview. However, I was ghosted after confirming that I was available for the schedule that the recruiter suggested. Really disappointed that the recruiter chose to ghost me instead of straight up telling me professionally that they won't be interviewing me anymore. Clearly shows what kind of people the company hires and the culture the company has.
