Entrevista
Overall process in bit lengthy with slow response.
1. Online aptitiude/reasoning test , some technical and non technical
After giving this test, I got a call from HR after 3-4 months .
2. Technical round by Senior Manager
It went well, . As the position was associated with his current project, so he asked , some relevant questions to their project.
Questions were about C#, to guess the output of given programs. 8-10 small programs were there.
Questions about SQL queries: Queries to write /write an output. Some queries were very difficult.
After this round, HR told me, there will be one more round and it will be with VP.
3. VP round
He asked, some how about project , agile methodology , my team. He did not ask me any coding related or any technical question. It was general discussion.

How was your previous round of interview?
Expected CTC? and why you expect so high?(According to me, which was not actually high as per their company standards )But he had problem about my expected CTC.
Otherwise , both rounds went very well.
HR was so cooperative.
But, I dont know why I got rejected. I couldn't reach to HR round.
So felt very disappointed, after spending many hours and performing well, they are saying you are rejected.

Entrevista
I applied from LinkedIn and got the call for F2F in Pune. First round was online CCAT with 50 ques in 15mins. It's mandate to pass through with 70%. Followed by psychometric analysis test. After clearing this round, straight to technical. Technical started from previous engagement and your role. Straight to SOLID principles and Dependency Injection. It went well for 90 mins. Unfortunately I I couldn't clear that round. But if you clear that then Manager round then Director round and then HR.

Entrevista
After applying I received an email prompting me to take a timed personality and cognitive test. The cognitive test got harder over time. The questions were primarily math word problems, pattern matching multiple choice questions, and English language based multiple choice questions.
From there I was told I would need to schedule a Skype webcam interview where I would take the cognitive test again and then talk about the position. The interviewer was very friendly and cordial. They asked about 3 straightforward questions, then allowed me to ask questions about the job. They then told me to contact them after a certain date to find out if I would move on to more interviews.
I was told after contacting them that they had gone with an employee referral. Overall the process is somewhat slow moving at first, but it was not a bad experience.
