2 rounds - both with 4 people on Zoom, both took an hour. Recruitment manager ended second interview by saying "We'll be in touch in a week or so to let you know if now is your time to recruit for us, or maybe it's not." Week later the MedSol recruiter was impossible to get in touch with. She finally answered saying they needed more time to decide. Only to be told they were going with another candidate.

One phone screen and an onsite interview. The recruiter was knowledgeable and emphasized the sales aspect of the role. She was professional, thorough, and engaging. Also, the onsite interview was scheduled in a timely manner.

They got back to me quickly and were very friendly. I got offered the job two business days after the interview. The first interview was just a phone call and the second interview was with two people on teams. I do not have background in recruiting.

Phone interview went well! However once I got to the Zoom interview it was clear the job listing and first interview were misleading. I was told the position would start on site and transition to hybrid and then remote, that was not the case! It would be full time in the office
