The process was quite extensive. Before the interview I had to complete a personality test which was about 30 questions where I had to select words that best described me. This took about 30 minutes I also had to analyse data sets they had given me to see how I would analyse and present the results. The interview itself comprised of 3 parts: 1. I gave 2 presentations, the first on a project I had worked on prior, and the second showing the results of the data analysis I had performed for them. This was with ~5 members of staff 2. Technical questions with 2 members of staff 3. HR questions The interview was approximately 3 hours long. They were friendly enough, but I never heard back from them. Considering how many hours it took to prepare and undertake the interview, and it only takes 2 minutes to send a template rejection email, I found this unprofessional and pretty rude.
