I applied online through a job posting. Recruiter reached out to me for a quick phone screening. Then, had a longer phone screening interview with the hiring manager. I did not hear from them for over a week, but then I was asked to come in for an in-person interview. The interviewers were professional and posed scenarios in which I would have to explain what I would do in each situation. I was also asked about a product I like and what would I change to make it better. I was told I would hear from them within a week but never heard back from them.

You are designing X product. How do you go about it?
3 interviews total. They were pretty straightforward and scheduled in quick succession. First a quick screening the with talent manager, then hiring manager/your would be boss, then a few folks from your team.

Zoom call with a staff member in a similar role. Scattered questions and told me they hoped that the company would reach out to me but wasn't sure of the next steps.

Went through a long interview process, 7 or 8 interviews then got ghosted by the company. First few interviews went good and the final interviewer showed up seemingly in a bad mood and didn't seem like they wanted to even talk.
