I had a phone screening with the recruiter, then a second round interview with the hiring manager and VP. After following up with the recruiter, I kept on getting the work around and was ghosted by the recruiter. They ended up hiring someone internally. It would have been appreciated if the recruiter followed the mission "Do your job"
