One phone screening with a recruiter followed by an interview with the hiring manager. The recruiter explained the current role available and how the company plans to expand in the coming years. The hiring manager was very straight forward with what she was looking for and the responsibilities that one would be required to take on.

In the interview process, I met with a recruiter, my direct supervisor, and multiple members of department leadership. It gave me a solid view of the scope of the job, and how the team works together.
