Received a call from an HR lady to set up an initial interview at the Framingham office. The first interview consisted of full analysis of my resume. I then took a 3 hour exam which tested my knowledge of the code and logical thinking skills. The second interview was with Senior Supervisor and Supervisor of the group to see if I was a good fit. The office environment is very laid back.

Since, it was my first ever interview in this settings, I failed but I learned a lot from whatever mistakes I made…for examples under preparation, not having enough practice time to time…Anyway I am trying to get selected for future interviews by rectifying it.
