All candidates were asked to come at same time and for an AI company they asked for a physical CV. No one from the company introduced themselves and both the interviewers came in late.
The interview process didn't take more than 5 min for every candidate which could have happened on phone or vc.
The candidates were of various range of experience in terms of years so clearly they didn't know what they wanted.
The interview at Medius AI was disorganized, with late interviewers who seemed unprepared. Questions were irrelevant, and the atmosphere was unwelcoming. Overall, it reflected poorly on the company's professionalism and culture.

Entrevista
The HR did not connect before calling for an interview, they called for an in-person interview where the conversation ended in 10 minutes which could have been covered on a phone call.
They did not introduce themselves, even the HR did not interact.
They should respect a candidate's time as well.
