First round with corporate recruiter(not bad pretty easy)
Second Interview is a 2 hour phone call with two people and they ask you a lot of questions in this two hours and really dive deep into your responses.

Three step process. Very efficient. They wanted to get to know me beyond my resume. First step was a recruiter call to screen, then a tandem phone interview with the VP of recruiting in your region, then an interview person office interview.
