Very casual interview in a hotel conference room. Met with 2 of the local sales reps and a VP of sales. Wanted more to get to know you rather than ask standard interview questions. Looked through my resume and asked how those experiences could translate to success within their company.

One phone screen then an onsite interview. Met with the hiring manager, another manager, and then the department head. Very few behavioral questions. Mostly project and experience questions. They want to see how you would communicate with different departments and different employee levels. The interview went great. I followed up multiple times but never received a response.
