First, I spoke on the phone with the HR Recruiter. She invited me to come and speak with the VP of Quality and the Manager to my position. These interviews were one-on-one and asked basic interview questions based on my resume and past experiences. Finally, I was invited back for final round interview with the same manager plus marketing and business side superiors.
