It's very pathetic process. First they call you 3-4 times about opening then finally give call about telephonic interview. Once it is cleared then they ask for F2F. It's 1 day process. Within that there're 3 rounds. 1 Technical, 1 Managerial & 1 Director. In my case first 2 rounds happened. Then HR asked me to wait for another 1 hr as director was busy. After 1.5hr HR told me that no director round will happen. So we will take video call for that round. But HR said my feedback is positive. After that there's no any communication from their side. After follow up they've not given any answer. So going to this company for interview is just waste of your day. HR don't have professionalism at all. They just expect it from interviewer. So if you have call from any other company on same day as Medline then attend other companies interview.
