Received a call from the recruiter and had 30 minute phone interview. Next had four (4) thirty minute interviews with people that the person hired would interact with...asked a lot of STAR questions so be prepared to use prior situations and how you handled them with the questions posed. I also had to take the Wonderlic test-which truthfully I hated but you go with the flow.

STAR-have various scenarios you have had in the past written out-Situation, Task, Action and Response. This made up 85% of the questions from the entire group.
