Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Medpace em jun. de 2022
Entrevista
The initial "interview" was a phone call with a recruiter verifying my education and experience. Mentioning that I had spoken with other recruiters by name at career fairs with my university was a big plus.
The second interview was conducted over Microsoft Teams - they do not offer travel reimbursement but did move my interview to online after transportation issues on my end without a fuss. I spoke with a HR representative, with some basic interview questions and a run down of salary and expectations. As a new grad, they were offering me between $40-50k for the DFW area. Second portion of the interview was with the manager of the team, more in-depth questions about research experience, academics, personality. The manager specifically asked about how I handle burn-out, and suggested many applicants/new hires burned out very quickly. Makes sense with some of the reviews I read.
Both assured me I would hear back in 1-2 weeks for the role and both suggested I was a shoe-in. Never heard back and it's been 4 weeks.
Short, 3 interviews total. Phone, big interview, then a final call. They were very prompt with scheduling and letting me know where I stand in the process. Good interview process.

A 30 minute virtual interview. Was pretty standard. They asked what my background was, why I wanted to work for them, and my career goals. It was more of a one-one chat to see if I was a good fit. I thought it went quite well but I didn't hear back from them.

HR was on leave so the department head interviewed me directly, it was over an hour a bit exhausting though. During the interview she asked whether I have some clinical trial hands on experiences which was negative as I’m the fresh Graduate
