I had applied on the company website and got email from recruiter to choose dates for phone screening.
After that I had a 30 min call with recruiter scheduled and questions were on CV and related to company and projects and also on location
After few days I got email that they won’t be proceeding with me

Applied for job by career side of medpace and after they called for face to face round. after that go to location for interview and reception will mnake your entry and wait for interview.

did a phone interview and then on site interview. the onsite interview went well and they made me think so as well. However they made me wait over 2 weeks just to get a rejection. When I asked if could have some feedback from the interview and how I could improve they said there was nothing wrong with my interview there was just an “internal” situation.

There was an initial phone call round, then an in-person interview that was around 2 hours where you meet with different members of the team (software manager, software engineer, application architect). The questions I was asked ranged from technical experience with projects and professional experience to basic questions about SQL, OOP, and APIs.
