I had 4 interview, with HR by phone call and 2 Statistical Analyst/biostatistician by teems and the last one in the office. The process took around 2 weeks for the interview and another week for the offer letter

A 2-hr long panel interview. The fist was with department director going over general questions such as background and experience, and then with two department leads asking technical questions and details about projects, and then with a senior staff introducing work culture and asking additional programming questions, and finally with HR.
