First interview was good, and went well. Was invited back for a second and final interview to meet with more of the team. Felt good about the last interview, and that all my experience and education aligned well with the position. Was told a few times in the interview process that this position required no experience and they prefer to hire people without experience because it makes it easier to train them the "Medpace way". Received a generic email 4 days later saying that they were pursing candidates whose experience better aligned with their needs. Was pretty bummed out because after being told that I was going to receive training in the area, they still chose people who had experience already for a position that required none.

First, there is about 30 min interview with an HR generalist, then with a manager and a director (1h total) and then they recuired a writing sample. The whole process took about 1 month.
