Thorough. It was well done with thoughtful insightful questions. A competency based approach that suggests a desire to get the right person recruited. It started off with an open dialogue and proceeded to funnelling which is a good approach.

The interview could easily be described as Professional, fair. Informative and balanced. There were 3 managers and they did their best to get the best from you. The interview wasn’t difficult and had one small practical test.
