They mostly asked questions to test my ability to navigate workplace politics, and hardly evaluated my technical skills. The one technical question they asked was in the area I previously told them I had no previous experience in. Overall it felt like they were grilling me and the environment seemed cutthroat and competitive. I would not have accepted an offer if I received one.

Chat with recruiter and then hour long call with hiring manager. No technical questions, just chatted about recent projects and a few behavioral style questions. I only chatted with one person for the hiring manager interview

The interview process consisted of 3 rounds including two 3-person panel second round interviews. I made it to through the second round interviews without ever speaking with the hiring manager.
