Received first communication from hiring manager one month after applying. The interviews were well structured and interviewers made me comfortable to ask enough questions to make sure it was a good fit for me as well. Overall, it took 4 interviews, about one month, before I got an offer. All interviews had a set number of structured questions but there was enough time to talk outside of the of the formal questions and really get to learn about the position and the people interviewing you.
