applied through campus recruiting, then got an on-campus interview with basic questions going through resume. made it past this round but next round was matching with specific projects and I never got called back

Tell me about this previous work experience (listed on resume)
This interview took place on my college campus. The interviewer was a little out of practice, as he told me he has not interviewed anyone for many years. The interview felt kind of choppy and lacked flowing dialogue.
