The root of the questions are STAR format although some of the interviewers made it more like a discussion than others. Many of the questions were focused on determining leadership skills.
The interviews took place in the office, both in person and via phone/teleconference. I met with multiple different people on the first day and had a follow up with one person about a week and a half later.

The interview process was very efficient. I submitted my resume online and then received a request to complete an e-screen document. This was submitted to the hiring manager. Four onsite interviews were scheduled for the same day. Within 10 days the candidate position was filled.
