Only technical rounds and no proper HR rounds and discussions. Need to work on the recruitment process. Interviews is done in 3 rounds. Though it is mostly technical. Good people made interview so comfortable but the HR process need to be better.

The subsequent in-person interview was well-structured, focusing primarily on standard STAR-method behavioral questions. While the team was professional, the leadership style and office culture felt somewhat traditional and 'old school' compared to modern industry standards.
