I submitted my resume explaining I was interested in a .8 behavioral health nurse told that was posted on their website. My last 5 years of work is in mental health. I recieved an email to come in for an interview. Arrived for an interview and waited 15 minutes passed start time before even called back. Once interview began they kept asking why I was so interested in mental health and I responded. Towards the end of the interview I am then asked what the minimum amount of hours I am looking for is. I tell them I am interested in the role I applied for. I am then told that role was filled almost a month ago. The whole interview was a waste of my time. I was being interviewed for mes/surg and not for behavioral health. Very unorganized. They then left me to read paperwork. I was left in the room almost 40 minutes waiting for them to return. HR returned and said they will call me in a week with a decision. I heard absolutely nothing and that was months ago.
