Entrevista
Interview over Teams by 2 people for a Clinical Project Manager post within their Scout Clinical arm. One woman never spoke and was late. The other was very friendly and approachable. She was extremely effusive about my 10+ years clinical research experience (only 2-3 years was required), telling me how perfect I was, how she could hire me today and I would be able to do the job fine. It was extremely positive and more like a chat than an interview.
I had to wait a week and was very hopeful after her comments about my suitability, only to be told there were other applicants with more experience so they wouldn'tbe progressingmy application!! Their loss!

I had a wonderful experience interviewing with this company. Had it not been for a change of heart in my career aspirations, I would not have hesitated to join their team. The interview process went quickly, which is good, and they were very up front about the pros and cons of working for a small, family-run company. I felt as though they genuinely cared about me and wanted to make sure that I would enjoy the work. The other employees I met with (besides the family, who are wonderful) were all friendly and seemed happy in their roles. The starting salary and vacation days in my offer were both generous, and they seemed to have great benefits! If you are looking for a career in a unique industry with a company that's really making a difference, this may be the place for you.

Initial communication was with Senior Program Manager via email. Initial response time was delayed but once I came into the office, the process sped up. Senior PM met with me 1:1 to interview for the position of Travel Staff. She then recommended me for a Program Manager position. I returned for a second interview with the Vice President of Programs. After interviewing with VP, I was led around the office to meet the family (family owned business). I first met the COO, the daughter. Then I met the President, the mom. Both sons also work for the company. When I met with the daughter and VP, there was a second round of questions. The main point that the company wanted to relay was that it is a strictly managed workplace. This was apparent down to the aesthetics of the work areas, everything was meticulously placed, including the smiles on people's faces.

Questions were very rote. The most interesting exchange was when they asked me what I found most difficult in my last position.
