The most useless 3 weeks of my life. I initially applied for a different position, but I received a text message offering me a different one. I had 2 interviews (online and f2f) but then I received another endorsement after that for a different position AGAIN. Then I was interviewed 3 times online; the last one was with the manager of that dept. After those 5 interviews, I was ghosted. Cool! It's easy to let me know that I'm rejected but no, they decided to ghost me even after I sent a follow up email. It's been a week now, and I'm not looking forward to it anymore. I won't bother applying here again in the future.

The interview process with Megaworld was smooth and professional. The HR team provided clear instructions and was approachable. The questions focused on my skills, experience, and personality. Overall, it was a positive experience.
