1st interview is Team Leader interview. Mostly asked technical questions. 2nd is Head of department interview and 3rd is CEO interview. 2nd process took about 3 weeks and 3rd process took more than 1 month.

I applied online and had a video call with a recruiter a few weeks later. They asked a small number of questions that just confirmed the contents of my resume. They said they would get back to me "next week". After two weeks I followed up, but they never responded.
Ok, they post JD on LinkedIn and it gets rejected in a day. Like automatic rejection and no feedback. Absolutely unprofessional. Why are you even posting ads if you can't even handle the number of CVs?
