Brief phone call with human resources. Followed by a self recorded interview which was never followed up on. Questions were specific and little time was given to prepare. Two tries given per question.

What is an experience you have had with someone that you disagree with?
3 rounds of interviews, one with Human Resources on the phone, and two with merchandising directors and inventory managers. There were two directors in each interview. Got a call back a few days later. Interviewed at their office in walker

First round was done through video responses. Received a follow up within a week. Two virtual interviews back to back each lasted an hour and was interviews by 2 people in each call. Really great interview process.

It was Hirevue interview , relatively easy but confusing alternating between voice answers and written answers. The written answers did not have a time limit. I don't think I would be taking part in anymore of these video interviews. In my opinion, it isn't a test of of competence.
