Entrevista
I was called in during a job fair and had an interview with the two of the produce managers and then the general manager of the store and was hired within the same day. The questions were fairly easy and everyone was generally nice, nothing intimidating. After being hired my manager told me she hired me based on my aura-and that she read them, pretty awesome!!
I applied online and then received a text setting up an interview with an assistant store director. In the interview it was pretty typical questions, and I received the offer on the spot.

Great. Interviewed with the hiring manager for the store and the department head for the store. Nice people. Had a great conversation and explained the role responsibilities and hours. Overall great experience.
The interview was a face-to-face Question and answer session with the store director after application process. Called in after an application to an informal team meeting room. Manager of the department was also present. Manager presence is optional
