3 steps interview process, phone screen, panel screen, final interview. Every part of the process was very well laid out and everyone was friendly. Would go through the process again if I was interested in a position at Meijer

Interviewed for 2 roles for a grand total of 8 interview conversations. Everyone was friendly and informative throughout the process. The interviews were conducted virtually over Microsoft teams. The questions are dictated by HR before they really get to job relevant questions, calls are short.
