The interview process was fairly standard for a product management role, including questions on agile, prioritization, and scenario-based problem solving. I applied online, had a recruiter phone screen, and then interviewed with product leadership. Local candidates may interview onsite; remote candidates typically interview virtually. Part of the process included an assessment. The instructions were somewhat unclear, and no feedback or results are provided, so it’s hard to know how performance is evaluated. After completing the interviews, I did not hear back for several weeks before learning I was not moving forward. Advice to Candidates: Be prepared for scenario-based questions and an assessment with limited guidance. Communication from the hiring team may be slow, and assessment results are not shared.

The interview process is very robust, which is a good thing. If you advance, prepare for at least a phone screen and multiple virtual interviews before being in-person. I had two phone screens and two virtual interviews, but I did not advance to meet in person.
