Entrevista
This is a very intense interview process. It started with the first round of phone calls that I breezed through. However the second round is a group interview that is extremely intense. Three hours in a room with other applicants basically pitted against each other. We went through several rounds of quick presentations, group projects, and debates. They even went around the room and had us say aloud who of our competitors would be a good manager. Honestly, that experience made me not what to work there, but for some it might be an exciting and stimulating process. If so, then this is probably the job for you!

Give a one minute pitch on something you're passionate about
Few rounds where there are Questions emailed, 2 online assessments for personality and logical thinking then a demo with the product where you have to sell it to a fake client, they will ask you questions about the product and features.

The interview process was made smooth and enjoyable through the work and effort from Mike in TA. He brought rapport, genuine communication and care to the process. Really helped ensure that task details and requirements were effectively communicated and that interviews were organised smoothly.
