Entrevista
I applied and shortly after received an email for an intro call. The intro call went well and I then moved onto the group interview process which consisted of the top 12-14 candidates out of the entire pool of applicants. The group interview was a very poor screening process and made it very difficult to showcase my skills and personality. During the entire 2.5 hour group interview, I was given a total of 2.5 minutes to speak. This made it very difficult to stand out. From my perspective, all the candidates seemed relatively similar in terms of skill set and personality, and no one stood out as clear cut frontrunners for the position. Not sure how the hiring team at Meltwater determined who moved onto the final round of individual interviews but would be better if candidates were given a bit more time to speak and showcase themselves.

Pitch us on a company that could use Meltwater's traditional product platform
made it past the screening, learned from hiring manager they expect 150 dials per day, which is insane. you are a full cycle rep, how are you supposed to run any demos and close any deals if you are dialling 150 times per day. Not to mention the base pay is trash. what a joke.

Very kind and supportive team! However, I felt that the interviewer was not quite engaged from the beginning. Overall, great experience and enjoyed the process. The interview left me feeling excited about the opportunity and what it would be like to work at the company!
