The interview process was intense. It started with a 30 min interview over Zoom, which was fine but then devolved from there. The next step was a group interview over Zoom that lasted about 3 hours. If you're currently employed, it's hard to block this time off your calendar without an explanation. Group interviews over Zoom are also not smooth as one can imagine. You then wait for a call back and if you're chosen, do another 45 min - 1 hr interview the same day. It's exhausting and time consuming.

Their interview process went smoothly and was very cordial. Although we were ultimately not the best fit, I enjoyed talking to the interviewer. Depending on the position, I would still consider another position at meltwater that fits better with my skillset.
