It was so unprofessional and weird.. Thomas Smeallie told me I would be "too nice" since I majored in communications. The whole process was so degrading towards the end I didn't even care because I knew I would not want to work in that environment. The whole thing felt like a fever dream

"What would you say your mom likes about you" "Or doesn't like about you"
made it past the screening, learned from hiring manager they expect 150 dials per day, which is insane. you are a full cycle rep, how are you supposed to run any demos and close any deals if you are dialling 150 times per day. Not to mention the base pay is trash. what a joke.

Very kind and supportive team! However, I felt that the interviewer was not quite engaged from the beginning. Overall, great experience and enjoyed the process. The interview left me feeling excited about the opportunity and what it would be like to work at the company!

Friendly team. Mock sales interview for the panel. Clear about expectations (need to hustle in this role, not a chill 9-5). Asked a mix of behavioural questions and motivation questions.
