Face to face in the branch with the branch manager and assistant branch manager after a previous applicant cancelled their scheduled interview. It was a fairly brief interview and I was called back almost immediately after I answered random/standard job interview questions. Those interviewers were to be my supervisors and at the time I thought they were nice.

Interview was fairly standard. The interview consisted of the market manager and the RCL. They each had a sheet of paper with questions on it and would take turns asking a questions. They would write down notes or my complete answers for each question. At the end of the interview, they offered to answer any questions I had about the job or company.

Super easy interview process. You have a couple of phone interviews first and then go into your local branch and have an interview with you branch manager and then if you make it to the second interview your branch manager and regional manager. It is a super basic interview. I think they would hire anyone because for the most part they just want someone that can learn the skills they need.

Tell me about yourself, talk a lot about your strengths and weaknesses. etc. Probably the easiest interview I have ever done. Also asked me about my experience cash handling and about previous employment. There'd a weird " If you could have any job what would it be ?" question. They keep your answer t corporate in case anything opens that they want to move you to later on down the road.
