MTR Asked me to on-sight immediately. Was quite the shocking situation to say the least. I was expecting more of a screening process. Not sure if that is a good or bad thing

First I had a phone interview which went great. Then they asked me to come in for an in person interview, the people there were very friendly and it was not intimidating at all. But be prepared to be interviewed by a lot of people, at first its scary but then you appreciate getting to talk to everyone
