The interview consists of one hour of shadowing an SLP during a session, a one-hour group interview with the therapy team, and a one-hour interview with the leadership. Questions are not hard but the interview process is grueling, so make sure you're well-rested and prepared for back-to-back clinical and behavioral questions.
