I submitted an application and was contacted less than 2 weeks later for a match day at TMC. On match day, they did several presentations of several units at the hospital. The had a breakfast bar available. After the presentations, they had us confirm the specialty we wished to interview for. The interview was panel styled with about 3-4 different people interviewing. They interviewed 3-4 people at a time for my specialty. (So you were able to hear the responses from the other interviewee's and they were able to hear your response as well).

Pretty easy interview with unit manager and educator. Asked the usual behavioral questions/ tell me about a time (no scenario). Hobbies outside of work. Ex: tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a patient , a time where you received constructive criticism , & when you had a conflict with a peer.

Two staff from the unit interviewed me virtually at the same time. Allowed me to ask questions about the company and also informed me of culture and management on the unit.

Applied to the ER. Heard on time from the recruiter. If you join the open house they tell you when you should hear. They did not tell me when I will hear back with an answer so I had to reach out to recruiter. However, I did not hear back from the second choice.
