Waited in large room with 300 people for my name to be called, then it was a group/panel interview with 3 interviewees and 3 people on the panel. The questions were what I expected, but I didn't like waiting for 6 hours to be interviewed.

Fairly easy, typically graduate nurse interview. Tell me about yourself, situation questions. Contract will be sent within a couple of days and you only have a few days to make a decision on the offer

I applied online, a few weeks later was asked to answer some behavioral assessment questions, then was invited to Match Day for an Interview. Heard back within one week. The interviewer was amazing and made me feel very comfortable!

Entrevista
I interviewed virtually for the PICU at children's memorial hermann. Interview lasted 15 minutes w/ panel of 4 including managers and educators. They were very kind and made me feel comfortable by tailoring behavioral questions to correlate with my experiences on my resume.
