Applied online. The whole process from application to interview was almost 4 weeks. The interview was the first time I spoke to an actual person, the process up to that point was through email which I thought was very impersonal. The Interview was easy and was very comfortable with the interviewer, which was the director of the position I applied for. Was offered the position 4 days later. From interview to actual starting date was another 6 weeks. The whole process dragged on way too long and I almost decided to go somewhere else.
