I had a a phone interview so far, after a month of sending in my application and contacting the operations manager as well as the director. After the phone screening I received an in person interview which is tomorrow. During the phone screening both the operations manager as well as the director were on the call and asked basic questions.

Meet with a panel of people and asked the general behavioral based questions. It was a very laid back interview. General questions like what is your availability and your minimum required salary.

Straightforward, very general interview questions. The only thing I disliked is that the recruiter never followed up with me after the interview. I saw that the position had closed and I emailed to express my continued interest in the company/department
