First there was a phone screen, in which basic behavioral questions were asked. My phone screen interview was about 30 mins. Then they called me three days later and extended me a formal interview. After the formal interview with the Director and pharmacy manager, there was a panel interview with some of the staff which was an hour long for me and VERY rigorous. Prepare to be asked some clinical questions. They want to see how well and quickly you think on your feet. Then a shadow shift, where they wanted to see how you interact with the staff, what type of questions you ask (it was to be treated as an interview as well).
