Process took about 3-5 weeks. I got an email to complete the screening process. A week after completing the screening, I got an invitation to interview with the clinical managers of the unit. The interview took about 15-20 mins. They asked situational questions. The recruiter emailed me the same day to invite me to shadow. I got an offer a week after the interview.

Applied for the job and received an email for a phone screening. It was a two step process. Phone screen with the recruiter and then a 30-45 minute interview with the hiring manager in person. Then I received a job offer a little over two weeks later. I accepted.
