HR phone interview, HR in-person interview, direct supervisor interview (45 minutes, odd questions), supervisor's supervisor interview (about 3-4 minutes), interview with the study PI (clicked very well!). Had 3 background checks. Total took about 60 days from online application until start date. I e-mailed them in reference to my application which immediately sped up the process. I'm not sure I would have heard anything had I not bothered to push my way through!

Efficient and professional. After submitting my resume in response to the job posting I was interested in, I received a call back within a week and was in the MSKCC offices for interviews within two weeks.

Call from HR department who matched me with a team a few months later, had an in person interview with the team. They were all really nice. Was then followed up and was placed on an alternative team which had a completely different dynamic and culture than my interview.

Entrevista
I was called about 2 weeks after applying online, and scheduled a phone screen interview. The phone screen took about 10 minutes and I was asked pretty generic questions about my research experience and clinical experience. They then said I would need to come in for 2 more interviews over the next month, which seemed a little excessive.
