The hiring process happened very quickly. I was contacted on for an on-phone interview and proceeded in scheduling an on-site interview with HR and several supervisors. The interviews take about 30-45 minutes and I was also given a skills test. The interview process happened in 1 1/2 weeks and by the end of the second week, I was extended an offer.

Interview consists of behavioral questions and hiring managers will be listening for very specific examples. They will do their best to weed out generalities like “I would do x” and instead want to hear “In this situation I did these specific things and the outcome was _”.

Very detailed process. It included the STAR method - Interviewers discussed this in the beginning of the interview. Unfortunately, I ended up declining the role and going with a different offer.

First there was phone screening it was not very long, about ten minutes. Then the person I spoke to on the phone set up in-person interview with a different person.
